Gloria Jasinski, 94, of Tavares, FL, passed away on July 16th, 2023. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 1st, 1929 to her parents: Bartolomeo and Amelia Lucchesi.
She is survived by her children Daniel (Betty) Famularo and Cynthia Morgan, brother Casey (Lu) Lucchesi, and grandchildren Chris (Courtney) Morgan, Jason (Hillary) Famularo, Eric (Alisha) Famularo, Curtis (Terasa) Morgan, and Laura Beth (Josh) Angley. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
During her life, she enjoyed volunteering her time to non-profit organizations; most notably to Amvets National Ladies Auxiliary and the Florida Association for Home and Community Education with the University of Florida.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Carl Jasinski, first husband and father of her children Angelo Famularo, son Robert Famularo, and Granddaughter Anna Famularo.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00AM. This will be followed by a reception at Amvets Post 1992 in Mount Dora.
