A Leesburg landmark restaurant, the Ramshackle Cafe, has been sold. Ramshackle staff confirmed that the sale took place last week.
The popular cafe opened in 1989 at 1317 N. 14th Street in Leesburg. A combination of funky style, outside dining and great food has made the Ramshackle Cafe a fixture in Leesburg. It is famous for fajitas, sandwiches and wings. The menu has not changed and staffers said that the new owner has indicated that the winning formula is not going to be changed.
With both inside and outside dining areas as well as a robust take-out business, Ramshackle cafe was able to prosper even during the recent pandemic. With the veteran wait staff and management in place the cafe should continue for years to come as a landmark in Leesburg.
