We are sad to announce the passing of Roy Bedgood of Leesburg, FL. He passed at age 81 on January 2nd, 2023. Roy passed away surrounded by his loved ones.
Roy is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Linda Bedgood (Keen), his 4 children, and many other beloved family members.
Roy had an unquenchable thirst for God and being a better Christian. He loved to hunt, fish, and tinker on anything with wheels. He was a loving, ornery soul and everyone he ever came into contact with was sure to smile. Roy was an enthusiastic hat collector and would ask anyone with a business hat, or for that matter, one he liked, “where’s mine?”
Roy loved with all he had and will be missed by many.
To honor his memory, we are holding a CELEBRATION of his life on January 6th, 2023 at noon and will be held at Faith World. We invite his family and friends to join us in remembering his wonderful life. He requested we rejoice for him as he has gone home to be with Jesus.
