John Kelly Green, 47, of Fruitland Park passed away August 30,2022 at his home next to loved ones.
He was born to Vicki Williamson Green and John Green in Orlando Florida and graduated from Forest High-school where he received his diploma. He was married going on 28 years to his soulmate Christie Green.
Kelly is survived by his mother Vicki Williamson Green, daughter Taylor Green and son John Forest Green and his Aunt Donnis and Uncle Roger.
Kelly lived his life going above and beyond for everyone around, he was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a fantastic friend. Kelly spent his days doing what he loved installing batteries for the “Battery Bros,” the family company with his cousin Rogie, he also enjoyed being at home watching movies, making bracelets and earrings for all his loved ones. He truly loved being the go-to guy around our “Nest” for everyone’s needs. He loved sweet tea and orange fantas “phantoms”, he enjoyed soft brownies and green beans and every once in a while, he’d splurge and stop for a strawberry banana smoothie from McDonald’s.
He was a great grandfather to little Abigail and took every opportunity to hang out with her and show her new things. Kelly will be deeply missed as he made a huge impact on everyone’s life he entered.
