Nancy Beth Cole Eckerdt departed from her earthly life on August 12, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
Nancy was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 20, 1960. She was the sixth child born to Florence (Crapsey) and Clyde Cole. Nancy lived 30+ years in Leesburg, Florida and loved spending time with friends and family. She was an avid crafter and enjoyed making special gifts for loved ones. She would oversee and prepare feasts for family gatherings and at those times, everyone was family. She is loved and will be missed by so very many.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Florence Cole and Clyde Cole; and her brothers, Norman J. Cole and Anthony D. Cole. She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Eckerdt; children, Charity (Gilberto) Garcia, Faith (Shaya) Palacio and Matthew (Diana) Palacio; step-children, Jeffery Eckerdt Jr, Jason Eckerdt and Jaimie Eckerdt; 20 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Karen (Michael) Boyle, Zena Cole, Mildred Cole and Kimberly (Kris) Andrews; brothers, Clyde (Denise) Cole and Jeffrey (Jodi) Cole; aunt, Eleanor (Elton) Jones; uncle, Donald Cole and countless others who were part of her daily life; grandchildren, Gilberto “Gibby” Jr., Abbigal, Anthony “Brad”, Christian, Makiah, Landon, Ashlynn, Braxton, Hailee, Chloe, Andru, David, Dylan, Jenson, Jaxon, Jordan, Brayden, Brielle, Demetrius and Kingston; great-grandchildren, Addison and Blair.
