An officer responded to a call for service at an undisclosed Leesburg residence around 12:27 a.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. The LPD Communications Center advised that an individual inside the residence, later identified as 33-year-old Eion Henry Graham, had a no victim contact for the resident who lived at the home. They also could hear a male voice.

Upon arrival, the officer approached the front door of the residence and could hear commotion coming from inside. As he tried to make contact with the complainant at the front door, he observed through a broken living room window a man wearing a green shirt and tan pants walking from the living room area toward the back door. The officer gave verbal commands for him to stop and come to the front door, but he did not comply, instead exiting the residence through the back door, the report said.

The officer then met with two victims at the front door of the residence. They advised that they were sitting in the master bedroom of the residence with their children watching a movie when they saw Graham at the front door through their security camera. The second victim stated that she left the master bedroom and saw Graham break the living room window and enter the residence, the report said.

Once Graham got in, he smashed a glass dining room table and proceeded toward the master bedroom. The second victim tried to stop him from gaining access and attacking the first victim by standing in the hallway. Graham physically pushed past her, hitting her with a closed fist in the upper chest and shoulder area, before entering the master bedroom where the first victim was located, the report said.

Graham proceeded to push and strike the first victim about the face. He then grabbed her phone from her hand and broke it by smashing it against the corner of a wall. He also grabbed her purse and rummaged through it. As he did so, the officer arrived on scene, and Graham left through the back door, the report said.

Other officers arrived on scene on found Graham at the corner of Crest Avenue. He was no longer wearing a green shirt, so officers searched the area. They found a green and black shirt behind an air conditioning unit at a nearby residence. This shirt was consistent with what the officer saw Graham wearing inside the residence before he left, the report said.

During the investigation, the LPD Communications Center confirmed that there was an active no victim contact order in place between Graham and the first victim. It was signed by him earlier that same day. The first victim and Graham were in a romantic relationship and lived at the residence as a family unit, making this incident domestic, the report said.

Graham was subsequently arrested on charges of domestic battery (simple touch or strike), battery (simple touch or strike), criminal mischief (over $200 under $1,000) and domestic violate pretrial release. The New York native was transported to Lake County Jail with bond set at $16,000.
