Richard David Renish, born in El Paso, Texas, on November 13, 1973; spent most of his adolescence in the State of Washington, traveling the United States as a professional CDL heavy hauling driver.

Settling in the State of Florida, to soak in the sunshine and fish on the water. Through out David’s life, he was an entrepreneur. From working in logging companies in the great forests of Washington State, to heavy hauling, owning his own trucking company to helping those when the hurricanes damaged the State of Florida. Those that know David, know that he lived his life as a hard worker, never taking a break between.

Family members describe David as a free spirit; always found smiling and always willing to try something new, charismatic; as he blended into any room, and soon became the life of the party. David was a natural giver, one that was willing to help anyone, stranger or family; he lived with compassion.

Anyone who knows David, would know that he lived for music. His talent with guitar and piano was unmatched and his passion for rock and blues lit the fire in anyone’s soul as he would sing.

Enjoying a settled retirement at the age of fifty, David took joy in helping his friends manage the bees, with a local Florida honey shop.

He loved using industrial lasers to engrave or create stunning pieces of woodworking art, alongside using CAD softwares to 3D print; winning him many awards through the Creality databases. On his down time, each day, he joined friends and his daughter to play competitive video gaming online.

He was a proud son, a proud father, and a proud friend.

Survived by Peggy Pattison (mother), Shalie Scanlon (daughter), Jona Winters (son), Elisabeth NeeSmith (sister), Desiree Moffett (sister), Jordan Walden (sister), and nieces and nephews.

David will be missed, as he was a buddy to all.

Rest in Peace, dad; we love you.”
